Engagment Extravaganza

We are just a few days away from our biggest party of this year. Today, we got the best news that Keith's sister, Sandra, is going to fly in and join the festivities. We are both super-excited (well, I'm not sure that Keith would say he's "super-excited", but I at least know he's "totally stoked"). We haven't seen her for ages!

I'm trying not to be typical-Jill; and while the house has already been cleaned top-to-bottom, it seems like there are about 17 other projects I just want to "get done" before we have 40 of our closest friends over for a party. Ah, who's gonna remember if I hung that new picture in the kitchen anyway, right?

The four (yes four) cases of sparkling wine was ordered through my hotel, which was the best deal I could have imagined, I'm going to have to remember that for future gatherings. We are going a little silly/easy on the food, and we're going to serve In-N-Out burgers. Complete with a silver chafing dish! (Thanks again, Galleria Park Hotel!)
